Wear Ur Why – FAQs
1. When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days from South Dakota. You’ll get a tracking email once your order is on its way.
2. How much is shipping?
- $5 flat rate for U.S. orders under $75.
- Free shipping on orders $75 and up.
We currently ship within the U.S. and are working on expanding international options.
3. How do I make sure I get the right size?
Each shirt listing includes a size guide. For a looser or “comfy” fit, we suggest sizing up one.
4. What’s your return or exchange policy?
If something isn’t right, contact us at support@wearurwhy.com within 14 days of delivery.
We’ll exchange or refund unworn, unwashed items in original condition. (Custom tees and fundraiser shirts are final sale.)
5. Do you do custom designs?
Yes – Wear Ur Why was built on purpose-driven design.
Email support@wearurwhy.com with your idea, and we’ll see if we can make it happen.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log into your account anytime to view order status.
