Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition and packaging.
To start a return, please email us at support@wearurwhy.com with your order number and the reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you simple next steps.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless we made a mistake with your order.


Exchanges

Need a different size or style? No problem.
We offer exchanges for the same product in a different size or color (while supplies last).
Just email support@wearurwhy.com and we’ll get it sorted.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll take care of it right away — our goal is to make sure you’re 100% happy with your Wear Ur Why purchase.


Additional Notes

  • Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is processed.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive your return for your refund to appear.
