Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Wear Ur Why gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Returns:

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges:
If you need a different size or item, email orders@wearurwhy.com and we’ll help with an exchange.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear.

Non-returnable items:
Because of hygiene and custom printing, final sale or fundraiser items can’t be returned.
